The Tantrum is Burn's children's ski vest, made for young riders being towed behind a boat - waterskiing, biscuit and tube rides - where a vest has to stay put rather than ride up.
Burn specifies it for children in the 20-30 kg range and rates it at 40 newtons of buoyancy with NCRS approval. A groin strap stops it lifting over the shoulders under tow, and a lifting loop at the back gives an adult something to grab when helping a child out of the water.
